Virginia Custom Buildings offers many services that will help you with your project.

When you purchase a building, our sales staff will ask a series of questions that will bring things to your attention and make your finished product fit like a glove. 

You will be provided site flags and be requested to place them on your property where the building is to be installed.

We can provide the following services if necessary:

  • Site Preparation
  • Footing & Foundations
  • Retaining Walls
  • Pads – above ground for small structures such as garages or sheds
  • Crane Work – buildings can be erected on site with a crane as needed
  • Build Access Ramps
  • Build Bridges
  • Driveways – Build, groom and gravel                                                          
    (Gravel sold at discounted prices – Customer pays for labor.)
  • Building or Playground Equipment Moves
